Who can use it

You must be 13 or older (or the minimum age in your country) and only upload conversations you took part in. Don't use ChatWrapped to monitor, spy on, harass or shame anyone.

What the report is

Reports are AI-generated entertainment based on message statistics and an excerpt. They can be wrong and are not psychological, medical or relationship advice. If a chat suggests someone may be in danger, we show support resources instead of a report.

Payments

The full report is a one-time purchase ($6.99 for 1-on-1 chats, $9.99 for group chats), charged by Stripe. There is no subscription. If we can't deliver the report, you're refunded automatically. Otherwise, write to us within 14 days if something is wrong and we'll make it right.

Your content

You keep all rights to your chats. You give us permission to process the masked data only to create your report, as described in the privacy policy.
